As a professional ballet dancer, I can honestly say I loved working with Patrycja. Our “Yoga for Dancers” sessions really helped me with mobility in my hips and back, gave me more freedom of movement, and made me feel stronger and more stable — exactly what a dancer needs. What I enjoyed the most was the focus on moving with the breath with engaging small parts of my muscles. It helped me find a natural flow and feel calm both in my body and my mind. When I felt tired or sore, we would switch to a gentle, restorative practice that eased the pain and gave me the energy to start fresh the next day in the studio. I decided to start private yoga classes because of my back and neck pain. In group classes, unfortunately, the instructor wasn't able to spot and correct my mistakes during the exercises.
